The most natural way a child learns is through play. Children learn by doing, they strive to become independent and self-directed in their learning.

Our focus is based on the whole child, which includes a variety of learning experiences to develop the spiritual, social, emotional, physical and intellectual development of every child as well as learning to develop a sense of community.
We want each child to feel good about who they are and to be able to make independent choices which fosters positive self-esteem and self-confidence.
We believe that each child is unique and special individual with varying interest, needs and abilities.
We strive to prepare an environment, which will help children develop to their fullest potential.

The teaching staff demonstrates genuine care and respect for all children and their families. We encourage family participation and have an open door policy. All parents or family members are welcome to visit anytime. Our curriculum is based on emergent learning, which draws on children's interest, activities and spontaneity with the natural inclination for the child to socialize and have fun. We encourage that each child dress for success enabling them to explore and discover the many wonderful experiences that await them in a safe and nurturing environment.

The St. Andrew Presbyterian Church Preschool is a nonprofit program operated by the church. Tuition is due in the following programs and can be payable to SAPCP.

All programs are state licensed.

TWO Year Old Program (3 staff - maximum 8 children)
2 classes, Tues/Thurs 9:15am-11:45am and Wed/Fri 9:15am-11:45am.
** Children need to be two by September 30th **

Fees:
$100 Non-refundable Registration Fee at enrollment
$1,410 One time payment due August 1,2008
OR
$705 1st payment due August 1, 2008
$705 2nd payment due January 5, 2009
OR
4 quarterly payments of $352.50 due on or before
the 1st of each month (Aug, Nov, Feb and Apr)

THREE Year Old Program (3 staff - maximum 18 children)
9:00 to 12:00 Tuesdays and Thursdays
** Children must be THREE by September 30 and toilet trained **

Fees:
$100 Non-refundable Registration Fee at enrollment
$1,300 One time payment due August 1,2008
OR
$650 1st payment due August 1, 2008
$650 2nd payment due January 5, 2009
OR
4 quarterly payments of $325 due on or before
the 1st of each month (Aug, Nov, Feb and Apr)

FOUR/FIVE Year Old Program (3 staff - maximum 20 children)
9:00 to 12:00 Monday, Wednesday and Friday
** Children must be FOUR by September 31 and toilet trained **

Fees:
$100 Non-refundable Registration Fee at enrollment
$1,725 One time payment due August 1,2008
or
$862.50 1st payment due August 1, 2008
$862.50 2nd payment due January 5, 2009
or
4 quarterly payments of $431.25 due on or before
the 1st of each month (Aug, Nov, Feb and Apr)
